Composed of equal parts of two Sangiovese clones, F9 and CH-20, the wine is
fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 10 months in stainless steel before bottling.

Sangiovese F9 gives the wine bright fruit qualities and CH-20 gives structure.
The name Ali means "wings" in Italian and is also the name of the "little angel" of the hostess.

The wine has aromas of juicy red berries. Medium-bodied and soft on the palate, with
balanced acidity and ripe tannins.
Pairs with pasta and grilled meats, but can also be drunk without food.
