The wine is made from 100% Sangiovese, the grapes are harvested at the end of August. The grapes
are carefully selected in the vineyard and then, once in the cellar,
they are optically sorted. The berries are crushed and the juice remains in contact with the skin for 2 hours.

The name Ali means "wings" in Italian, and it is also the name
of the winery's owner Leah Tolaini-Banville's "little angel" - her daughter. The
label features Cupid from Rick Olsen's original drawing for the label of the
Bramosia Chianti Classico.
A pure Sangiovese with a light pink colour. The nose shows notes of strawberry,
red cherry and pink grapefruit. The flavour is fresh, with a pleasant and lingering
aftertaste.
Excellent with light fish appetisers and as an aperitif.
